Neuhaus just outside Interlaken is a favourite spot for camping and water sports on the shore of Lake Thün, in the heart of the Swiss Bernese Oberland. From here you can catch the ferry to Thün, stopping off at several lakeside villages on the way.
This is also the headquarters of the
Sailing Club of Neuhaus-Interlaken, which held its 40th Anniversary in April 2012.
