	The Ponte Oscuro, or 'dark bridge' is situated in a deep gorge of the Onsernone valley north of Russo in Ticino. A masterpiece of architecture this unusual bridge has three arms where it splits into two branches, one leading to the Val di Vergeletto and the other following a breathtaking rock face on the side of the Ribo river up to the end of Valle Onsernone.
