	The tiny village of Bulnes with only about 30 inhabitants is the only town in Asturias with no access road. It lies at 650m above sea level and is reached in 7 minutes by a 2km long funicular railway tunnel from the town of Poncebos below. Lying in the heart of the Picos de Europa, it is the starting point of several hiking trails.
