This unspoilt Devon fishing village just west of Seaton, was once a haven for smugglers but is now a popular holiday destination. The beach featured in the 2005 television series ‘Midsomer Murders’.

Beer Quarry Caves, not really caves but underground limestone quarries dating back to Roman times with over 70 acres of tunnels, some of which are open for guided tours.
