This is the weekly car boot-sale, or "vide-grenier" as it is known locally, being held on a Sunday morning in the pretty French village of Laveyssière just north of Bergerac in the Dordogne.
One unusual item at the sale is an English cast-iron letter box outside one of the houses, but unfortunately it’s firmly bolted to the ground and not for sale!
