   The city wall that surrounds the ancient city of Dubrovnik is a popular tourist attraction and can be walked in just over an hour. The main access point is via a steep flight of steps on the western side, just inside the city main entrance of Pile.
This view from the north eastern corner of the wall looks out through the entrance of the ancient harbour, towards the uninhabited island of Lokrum in the distance.
